Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply:

Shipping conditions

The goods are delivered worldwide.

Shipping to German islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT)

Domestic deliveries (Germany):

We do not charge any shipping costs.

Deliveries abroad:
1. Zone 1 (AT, BE, LU, NL, DK): EUR 19.90;
2. Zone 2 (BE, BG, CY, CZ, EE, FI, FR, GR, HU, IE, IT, LV, LT, MT, MC, PL, PT, SK, SI, ES, SE, GB): 29, 90 EUR;
3. Zone 3 (CH, AD, LI, NO, VA): 49.90 EUR; 
4. Zone 4 Europe (BY, BA, HR, GE, GI, IS, KZ, MK, MD, RU, TR, UA): 59.90 EUR;
5. Zone 5 worldwide: all other countries 65.90 EUR;

Delivery times

Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, the goods are delivered domestically (Germany) within 1 - 3 days, for deliveries abroad within 3 - 5 days after the conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction).

Please note that there are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment unless we have made any other agreements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered have.

Terms of payment

For domestic deliveries (Germany) you have the following payment options:

-  Payment in advance by bank transfer
-  Payment via PayPal 
   Payment via immediate transfer

For deliveries abroad you have the following Payment options:
