Shipping costs and payment methods
Delivery charges are to be paid uniquely per order and without any additional payment for every other article within this order.
Delivery charges in Germany are:
- saving shipping (delivery time: 4-6 days) - 0,- EUR
- DHL package (delivery time: 1-2 days) - 2,99- EUR
- Via cash on delivery service - 7,99 EUR
Shipping price for other EU countries:
1. Zone 1 (AT,BE,LU,NL,DK): 7,99 EUR;
2. Zone 2 (BE,BG,CY,CZ,EE,FI,FR,GR,HU,IE,IT,LV,LT,MT,MC,PL,PT,SK,SI,ES,SE,GB): 15,99 EUR;
3. Zone 3 (CH,AD,LI,NO,VA): 18,99 EUR;
4. Zone 3 Europe (BY,BA,HR,GE,GI,IS,KZ,MK,MD,RU,TR,UA): 24,99 EUR;
5. Zone 3 Worldwide: All other countries: 44,99 EUR;
The delivery time is generally:
- in Germany: in 1-2 days after payment (except saving shipping)
- in EU: 2-4 days after payment
- in Europe: 3-6 days after payment
- worldwide: 1-3 weeks after payment
An activation key for software is send by e-mail and doesn’t take any shipping costs.
You can choose your following payment methods:
- Direct ebanking (PayNet)
This method of payment is an innovative payment system of PayNet AG. It allows a lightning transmission of your payment information by referral of your online account with the use of PIN and TAN. The ordered articles can be sent immediately.
- Payment in advance by bank transfer
Generally the term amounts 2-3 days. The ordered articles are sent after payment entrance.
- PayPal payment
1. If you have a credit on PayPal or give PayPal a debit entry order, or you pay to PayPal with a credit card, your payment follows quickly as a flash and is valid immediately as finished. The ordered articles can be sent immediately.
2. If you have no credit with PayPal and pay to PayPal by referral, a communication about your payment follows immediately. Nevertheless, this payment stays open first. There pass as a rule about 4-5 days, until the transaction is closed. Then there follows the dispatch of your product.
- C.O.D. cash on delivery
This kind of payment is only available in Germany. Additional costs are 7,99 EUR.
